About

I'm Marcia — wellness architect, mental health expert, movement coach, and a living example that mindset and movement can change your life.

Since 2003, I’ve been deep in the work of mental health — answering crisis hotlines, supporting military service members and their families, guiding federal employees through high-stress environments, counseling in private practice, and teaching college and graduate courses among other jobs. I've journeyed with others and know firsthand the toll that stress, uncertainty, and life’s curveballs can take — because I’ve lived it too.

In 2013, what started as a random pole fitness class turned into a game-changer. I got hooked on movement — not just for the physical benefits, but for the mental clarity and emotional resilience it unlocked. Over the next decade, movement became my anchor through unemployment, caregiving stress, broken relationships, grief, financial worries, and those “what am I even doing with my life” mid-life moments.

It wasn’t just therapy sessions or self-help books that got me through — it was faith, mindset, and movement.

That’s why I do what I do now: I create programs, challenges, podcasts, and community experiences that help people build their mental and physical resilience — not just talk about it.

Because when life punches back — and it will — you need more than good intentions. You need practical tools. You need connection. And you need someone who gets it walking beside you.
